Electrical Installation & Safety

Some products may require specific outlets, circuits or installation by a licensed electrician.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any electrical installation, outlet or charging setup complies with applicable laws, regulations and safety standards. EV Supply Hub is not responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification or operation contrary to supplied instructions.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. While we strive for accuracy, pricing or content errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders where necessary.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, severe weather events, public holidays, supplier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Warranty

Eligible products include a 12‑month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty claims are subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy and any applicable consumer rights. Warranty coverage does not extend to misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer or store warranty.
