Responsible Supplier Details
Responsible Supplier: EV Supply Hub Registration: E22001
As a Responsible Supplier, we are legally accountable for ensuring all in‑scope electrical equipment we supply is electrically safe and compliant with Australian standards.
Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM)
All EV Supply Hub portable chargers are marked with the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM), confirming compliance with:
- Australian electrical safety requirements
- Australian EMC requirements
- EESS Responsible Supplier obligations
The RCM symbol indicates that the product meets the relevant Australian standards and is supplied by a registered Australian entity.

Our portable EV chargers (Mode 2 IC‑CPDs) are tested to:

All test reports are issued by accredited ILAC‑MRA laboratories.
EESS Risk Level Classification
Portable EV chargers (Mode 2 IC‑CPDs) are classified as:
Level 1 In‑Scope Electrical Equipment
This means:
- They must be electrically safe
- They must be RCM‑compliant
- They must be linked to a Responsible Supplier
- They do not require paid Level 2 or Level 3 registration
EV Supply Hub maintains all required documentation for a minimum of five years, as required by the EESS.
Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDoC)
We maintain a Supplier Declaration of Conformity for all portable chargers we supply. This document confirms that the equipment meets the relevant safety standards and is safe for use in Australian homes.
