Shipping policy
We ship Australia‑wide using trusted courier partners. Our goal is to make every delivery smooth, reliable, and transparent.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. During peak periods or courier network congestion, delivery may take slightly longer.
Dispatch Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking & Scan Updates
All orders include full tracking. However, it’s important to note:
Courier tracking does not always update while parcels are moving between depots.
Some carriers only scan at major hand‑off points. This means you may see:
- No new scans for several days, even though the parcel is still in transit
- A sudden update once it reaches the next depot
- A “delivered” scan only at the final hand‑off
This behaviour is normal and does not indicate that your parcel has stopped moving.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to check with the courier on your behalf.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered‑But‑Not‑Received Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with household members, neighbours, or building management
- Review your tracking for delivery notes
- Contact us at evsupplyhub@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with the courier
