Where We Ship From
Most orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse for faster delivery.
If Australian stock is temporarily unavailable, your order may be fulfilled from our overseas warehouse to maintain product availability. Any applicable delivery timeframe will be clearly shown on the product page.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Tracking Updates
All orders include full tracking.
It is normal to see:
- No tracking updates for several days while a parcel remains in transit.
- A sudden tracking update when it reaches the next sorting facility.
- A final delivery scan once the parcel reaches its destination.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel appears delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with household members or neighbours.
- Review your tracking details for delivery notes.
- Contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
