We’re an online‑first Australian business based in Queensland, shipping nationwide. Our online model allows us to deliver quickly, keep costs low, and support customers across Australia.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. During peak periods or courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Some couriers do not scan parcels while they are moving between depots. This means you may see:
- No new tracking updates for several days
- A sudden scan once the parcel reaches the next depot
- A “delivered” scan only at the final hand‑off
This is normal courier behaviour and does not mean your parcel has stopped moving. If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to check with the courier on your behalf.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey at any time.
My parcel says delivered but I haven’t received it — what should I do?
Please check with household members, neighbours, or building management first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help lodge an investigation with the courier.
Returns & Warranty
How do I initiate a return?

Do you accept change‑of‑mind returns?
Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted. We only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — all products include a 12‑month Australian warranty. We handle warranty claims directly for fast, local support.

How do I know if an accessory fits my car?
Each product page includes detailed compatibility information, listing supported Makes, Models, and Model Years.
Do your charging cables work with all EVs?
We sell Type 2 (Mennekes) charging cables, compatible with all Type 2 EVs sold in Australia — including Tesla, BYD, MG, Polestar, Hyundai, Kia, Volvo, and more.
Digital Products
How do I receive my eBook or digital download?
Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads from your account page.
What file format are the eBooks?
All eBooks and guides are provided in PDF format, compatible with smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Can I return a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally cannot offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If you have trouble accessing your file, please contact support.
Print‑on‑Demand Apparel
How long does Print‑on‑Demand apparel take to ship?
POD items (T‑shirts, mugs, etc.) are custom‑made when you order. Please allow 2–4 days for production, plus standard shipping time.
